Adding self-developed sensitizer and surfactant in the production process effectively reduces the matrix effect caused by different pig urine samples and eliminates the interference of matrix effect on the detection results. It is intuitive and accurate to interpret the results by the presence or absence of color bands, which can effectively reduce the false positives and false negatives caused by human errors. In the preparation of colloidal gold, reflux heating technology is adopted to keep the constant temperature and prevent overheating. So that colloidal gold particles are more uniform. In the preparation of gold-labeled antibody, monoclonal antibody was used to improve the stability of the product. Before centrifugation, it is stored in the refrigerator, which makes large particles settle and is beneficial to the uniformity of products. The sensitivity and repeatability of the product are ensured by adopting a new technology of twice gold spraying and twice detection. Through the above innovative work, the product performance and use effect have changed significantly, with high sensitivity, long shelf life, convenient use, reliable quality, fast detection speed and simple and intuitive result judgment. This technology has obtained two invention patents, CN148441 and CN314786.3. The products of this project have been sent to the Feed Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Agriculture (Nanchang) and China Veterinary Drug Supervision Institute for testing, which has reached higher technical requirements. According to this technology, the Ministry of Agriculture's industry standard "Colloidal gold immunochromatography for detection of clenbuterol hydrochloride in urine" was formulated. On the basis of completing the research work, the industrialization of rapid detection technology of clenbuterol residues on site has been successfully realized, and it has been recognized as a high-tech achievement in Jiangxi Province. This technique has been recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture as a colloidal gold immunoassay for clenbuterol hydrochloride in urine. Compared with other methods for detecting clenbuterol at present, this project has the characteristics of high speed, simple operation, low price, wide application and high sensitivity, which is easy to be mastered by grass-roots units and widely popularized, and adapts to China's current social, economic and technical level. This product is of great significance to improve the scientific and technological level of food safety testing, improve the food consumption environment, improve the export competitiveness of agricultural and sideline products in China, and promote the stable growth of economy and trade.
