How do software patents infringe?
Software infringement mainly includes: 1, publishing or registering software works without the consent of the software copyright owner. 2. Publish or register the software developed by others as your own work. 3. Without the permission of the cooperator, publish or register the software developed in cooperation with others as a work independently completed by the cooperator. 4. Sign or change the signature on the software developed by others. Article 47 of the Copyright Law?
