M8916 is a high-precision non-isolated step-down LED constant current control chip with active power factor correction. M8916 integrates active power factor correction circuit , can achieve very high power factor and very low total harmonic distortion. Because it works in the critical continuous mode of the inductor current, the power MOS tube is in a zero-current turn-on state, the switching loss is reduced, and the utilization rate of the inductor is also high. M8916 integrates a 500V power MOSFET internally and requires only a few peripheral devices to achieve excellent constant current characteristics. M8916 adopts a patented floating structure to sample the inductor current throughout the cycle, achieving high-precision output constant current control, and Achieve excellent line voltage regulation and load regulation.
