The oblique tongue adopts spherical design and is embedded with high-strength nylon silent skirt, which greatly reduces the collision surface with the pinch plate metal. The high-strength silent inclined tongue guide sleeve effectively reduces the noise caused by the telescopic movement of the locking tongue.
The original patented spring leaf design greatly buffers the closing force of the inclined tongue, and the inner wall of the buckle box is made of high-strength silencing plastic to avoid the collision between the side of the inclined tongue and the metal of the buckle plate and reduce the noise of the switch door in a large range.
The inside of the lock body is subjected to five-fold silencing treatment, which effectively reduces the noise generated by the movement of parts.
The unique buffer spring and rubber pad design of the slider effectively buffer the collision between the slider and the inner wall of the lock body.
The rubber pad of the slider and the guide sleeve of the inclined tongue form a plastic slide rail to prevent the inclined tongue and the slider from directly colliding with the metal on the inner wall of the lock body.
The special rubber cushion for picking peaches cushions the restoring force of picking peaches, which helps to mute the door lock.
