What are the types of cross-border e-commerce infringement?

Cross-border e-commerce involves four types of infringement:

One is copyright, which usually refers to infringement of the author's copyright;

The second is the trademark right, which uses the other party's trademark or logo without the official authorization of the product brand;

The third is the invention patent right. If the products sold are invented by others, others apply for patent protection, and the seller produces and sells them without permission, it is selling imitations;

The fourth is the patent right of design, which refers to a new design with aesthetic feeling and suitable for industrial application based on the shape, pattern, color or their combination of products. If the similarity of design patents exceeds 60%, it is regarded as an infringing fake.
