When the Patent Law was revised for the first time, the objection procedure before authorization was cancelled and the "cancellation procedure" was added.
When the Patent Law was revised for the second time (the current law), the revocation procedure was cancelled.
Because the nature of the revocation procedure is basically the same as that of the invalidation procedure, in order to simplify the procedure and avoid the trouble caused by repetition, the procedure is revoked.
