Electric bicycle storage and charging places should be set up independently and keep a safe distance from high-rise civil buildings; if they really need to be set up in high-rise civil buildings, they should be fire-proof separated from other parts of the building.
Electric bicycle storage and charging places should be equipped with necessary fire-fighting equipment, and charging facilities should have an automatic power-off function when fully charged.
