You can apply for a patent, but your idea won't work. The patent law stipulates that method inventions are not granted patent rights! It is possible to transform the machine. If you want to have a patent right by entrusting your ideas to other manufacturers, you must sign a contract with the cooperative manufacturers, stating in the contract that the patent right of the products belongs to you. If you don't specify it in the contract, the final patent right doesn't belong to you.
