Can you please tell me if I have O-shaped legs? Will leggings help?

When the feet are together and relaxed and upright, the knees can be brought together, but the middle part of the calf cannot touch. The calf is a continuous gap from the knee joint to the ankle. This situation is mainly caused by uneven calf muscles and less inner muscles. In Japan, this kind of uneven calf is now called "OX-shaped leg". How should this situation be handled? It mainly improves the curve of the calf by strengthening the muscles on the inner side of the calf.

First of all, of course, exercise. There is a simple method: place your feet shoulder-width apart and buckle your toes inward; straighten your legs, then squat down, and then stand up. Repeat 20 times as a set. Rest for 10 minutes and do the second set. Do 4 sets every day. If you do it continuously for 1 month, the inner calf muscles can be strengthened.

The second method is to wear shoes with high outside and low inside, or insert corrective insoles in the shoes with high outside and low inside.

In this way, when walking and standing, the inner calf muscles will be more tense, thus being exercised and strengthened.
