The "Implementation Plan" has made comprehensive arrangements for the city to accelerate the construction of a strong intellectual property city. Around the six aspects of intellectual property system, protection, operation, service, culture, exchange and cooperation, 74 specific implementation measures in 15 are put forward.
The "Implementation Plan" proposes that by 2025, the number of high-value invention patents per 10,000 people in our city will reach 2 1.47, the number of overseas invention patents will reach 3,000, the number of copyright registrations of works will reach 70,000, and the total annual import and export volume of intellectual property royalties will reach 5 billion yuan (all the above indicators are expected).
By 2035, Xiamen will become a model of high-quality development of intellectual property economy and a leading intellectual property city with world influence.
