Which countries can apply for patents to sue highways?

At present, China Intellectual Property Office has launched 20 PPH projects, including bilateral projects in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Israel, Germany, Russia, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Britain, Iceland, Sweden, Hungary, the United States, Canada, Mexico and other countries, as well as small multilateral projects of IP5PPH.

In practice, a large number of China applicants file foreign patent applications through the Patent Cooperation Treaty and the Paris Convention, and usually enjoy the priority of China's earlier application. At the same time, due to the improvement of patent examination speed, before the PCT international patent application enters the national stage and begins to be examined, China can be authorized to apply for priority of the earlier application. Therefore, China applicants can use PPH to speed up the examination and approval of export patent applications to a certain extent, improve the authorization rate and save economic costs.
