Note: If you want to score 30 points, you must have 18 technology development contract, 18 technical service contract or 18 sales contract (for different products).

Four, the growth index (20 points)
This index is used to evaluate the growth rate of net assets and sales revenue reflecting the business performance of enterprises. The specific calculation method is as follows:
Net assets growth rate = 1/2 (net assets at the end of the second year ÷ net assets at the end of the first year+net assets at the end of the third year ÷ net assets at the end of the second year)-1;
Sales growth rate = 1/2 (second year sales ÷ first year sales+third year sales ÷ second year sales)-1.
If the growth rate of enterprise's net assets or sales revenue is negative, it will be calculated as 0. If the net assets or sales income at the end of the first year is 0, it is calculated as the last two years. If the net assets or sales income at the end of the second year is 0, it will be calculated as 0 points.
Note: Total assets and sales are increasing every year to reach the highest score of 20 points.
