For the deepening of steel structure, TEDA Construction Department mainly refines and adjusts some problems that may be encountered in the process of steel structure construction by using the original drawings to solve these problems before actual construction. Therefore, the deepening content also includes adjusting the unreasonable parts of the original drawings and supplementing the details of the original drawings to reduce the amount of steel used in the structure and save costs.
But not all projects can be optimized, and the drawings that can be optimized are not unqualified. For steel structure construction drawings, most drawings have room for optimization for the following reasons:
1) structural design is a very complicated work, and designers have different levels. Sometimes, using clever design concepts can save a lot of steel.
2) Designers have limited time when doing projects. In a limited time, a project can't be done in great detail.
3) The designer has no motivation to make an optimized design, because saving steel is not good for him.
4) Some patent schemes can only be used by people with patent rights, and there are few patent schemes of design institutes. However, using these patent schemes of TEDA Jianke can save more engineering costs.
So generally speaking, there is room for optimization in steel structure design drawings.
