With the development of global integration of science, technology and economy, the importance of intellectual property rights in international competition is increasing day by day. Intellectual property, whether it is a patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or new intellectual property in the traditional sense, is a civil right to human intellectual achievements from the legal point of view, an important intangible asset from the economic point of view, and a powerful competitive means in commodity production and operation activities from the market point of view, which is an important resource different from land, labor, capital and human resources. With the reform of China's economic system and the development of society, enterprises can equally obtain the funds, labor and other rich and varied means of production needed by social development, while technology is not only easy to be copied by other enterprises. In the era of knowledge economy, if enterprises want to survive and develop in the increasingly fierce competition and constantly improve their competitive strength, they must make technological progress and innovation, and know how to rely on the use of intellectual property rights to participate in market competition and win more market and development opportunities.
