2. The inventor and patentee can be changed. If there is a change, the documents must be prepared and submitted to the Patent Office in time. Generally, a notification of qualification of the bibliographic project will be issued in about one month (based on past experience). At this time, the deadline for payment of the authorization fee should not have passed, so you can wait until the change is successful to pay the fee. If there is a problem during the change, or it has been some time since you received the authorization notice, you can immediately submit the change document to the Patent Office and pay the authorization fee before the authorization fee deadline.
3. According to past experience, the general authorization announcement date is between one and a half to two months after the payment date. The certificate was received in about a month. I have not verified whether it can be checked online after the announcement date. However, you can check that the authorization notice has been issued in the China Patent Search System (this system will check all issued notices from the submission of the application to the end).
