Model 400 formaldehyde analyzer
One; abstract
(1)400 formaldehyde analyzer is the most advanced formaldehyde analyzer in the world at present, which is a direct reading analyzer specially used for detecting low-concentration formaldehyde content in the fields of health and epidemic prevention, environmental protection, labor hygiene, petrochemical industry and so on. The instrument adopts voltage-type diffusion electrochemical sensor, which has the advantages of linear stability, accurate results, high precision, strong anti-interference, long service life and simple operation.
(2) Electrochemical sensor (patent): Formaldehyde 400 analyzer adopts advanced electrochemical sensor technology to measure the concentration of formaldehyde in the atmosphere. The sensor consists of two noble metal electrodes and an electrolytic device. The analyzer adopts high-tech integrated circuit to ensure its reliability.
(3) Serial interface: Through this interface, 400 analyzer and personal computer can be connected for data acquisition and analysis. It is impossible for domestic and foreign counterparts.
(4) Palm-type, which does not use other auxiliary reagents for field measurement, and similar products at home and abroad cannot be compared with it in measurement accuracy and detection lower limit.

Third; Application mode
3. 1 sampling
Power on: Press the switch (on-off) to display-,and check the sensor for three seconds. When it shows 0.00, the instrument is ready for sampling.
Sampling: In the atmosphere to be sampled, hold the analyzer, press the sampling button, display (run), and hear the internal sampling pump ring for about 2 seconds.
Reading: When the instrument analyzes the sample, it will see a flash of 0.00, and the reading will be visible after about 10 seconds. This is the concentration of formaldehyde in ppm.
Shutdown: press the switch (on-off) to shut down. If you forget to turn it off, it will automatically turn off after 5 minutes.
3.2 Reset phase of sensor
Sensor reset: After the test, it should be turned off for several minutes to reset the sensor. Generally speaking, the higher the formaldehyde concentration, the longer the reset time. If the sensor turns on the measurement before resetting, it can be seen that it is flashing, and the sampling pump will not work. When you see that the sensor has been reset for 3 seconds after being turned on, you can take the next measurement.
