Su Ping, male, born in Guang 'an, Sichuan Province, is a doctor, a professor, a master tutor, the first batch of experts selected by the national intellectual property expert database, and the second batch of 100 high-level talents trained by the "100 million intellectual property talents project". Chongqing is an academic leader in the direction of technological innovation in business administration and intellectual property management. He is currently the president of Chongqing Intellectual Property Institute and the deputy director of the National Intellectual Property Training (Chongqing) Base.

He is the author of monographs "Research on the Changing Pattern of Intellectual Property Rights" (Law Press) and "Economic Law" (Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Wuhan University Press). At the same time, he has published many academic papers in academic journals such as Legal Business Research, Intellectual Property and Social Scientists.
He presided over the research of Chongqing Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project, Chongqing Science and Technology Planning Soft Science Project, China National Intellectual Property Administration Soft Science Project, Chongqing Education Commission Key Project of Higher Education Reform, and Chongqing Science and Technology Planning Soft Science Project.
