How to replace the light wave germicidal lamp when its life expires?

1. Close the valves at both ends of the germicidal lamp and suspend the disinfection work;

2. Turn off the power switch, rotate the fixing nut 1, and then unplug the No.2 lamp socket;

3. Then take out the old lamp tube and replace it with a new one, insert the lamp pin plug, tighten the fixing nut, handle it with care, and don't touch the lamp tube directly with your hands, so as to avoid residual stains on the surface of the lamp tube and affect the transmission of ultraviolet rays;

4, press the power switch, observe whether the new germicidal lamp can work normally;

5. After the lamp tube runs normally, open the water outlet valve and water inlet valve to continue the sterilization work.

The germicidal lamp actually belongs to the low-pressure mercury lamp. The germicidal lamp does not need to be converted into visible light, and the wavelength of 253.7nm can play a good bactericidal role. This is because the absorption line of cells to light waves has a rule, and the ultraviolet absorption of 250~270nm is the largest. The absorbed ultraviolet rays actually act on the genetic material of cells, that is, DNA, which plays a photochemical role. The energy of ultraviolet photons is absorbed by base pairs in DNA, which leads to the variation of genetic material and makes bacteria die immediately or unable to reproduce.
