Zhi-1 1 is the first helicopter model in China's helicopter industry from patented production, mapping imitation to independent design, the first helicopter model with independent intellectual property rights designed and developed by China, the first helicopter model developed by introducing the whole process of airworthiness management and evidence collection, and the helicopter model with the highest attendance rate in active service.
This machine was approved in 1989 and fully developed in 1992. A large number of American military standards digested by China were adopted as special standards. 1994 65438+the first flight was realized in February. From September, 65438 to September, 1999, China Flight Test Institute was responsible for the design flight test of Zhi-1 1. In June 2000, all the design-oriented flight test subjects specified in the flight test outline were successfully completed, including several risk subjects.
China Helicopter Research and Development Institute has spent more than 20 million yuan on the design of this type of helicopter, and introduced advanced CAD/CAM computer-aided equipment. In the development process, the practical theoretical shape of the whole aircraft was established for the first time through computer aided design, which filled the blank of CAD/CAM in helicopter field in China.
