Disregarding the strong technical empowerment support of Sichuan Wine Group (Sichuan Wine Group is the major shareholder of Xufu), Xufu, as the second largest wine company in Yibin, the wine city, has its own technological research and development capabilities. It is also quite strong. Xufu has successfully established the first provincial enterprise technology center in Sichuan Province and the Yibin Brewery Microbiology Research Engineering Technology Center. It has 33 national patents for scientific and technological achievements, and the patent conversion rate has reached 100%. All members of Xufu’s liquor blending team are national liquor judges, and the leader, Ms. Peng Liqun, holds multiple industry honors such as “Chinese Liquor Golden Triangle Brewing Master” and “Chinese Liquor Master”.
