Only after passing the review and approval can they become registered users of this system for paper applications. The public can use this system by filling in and submitting registration information. Different usage rights: The public can only handle copies of the patent register, certification of legal status of batch patents, and inspection and copying services (open to the public) through this system. Paper users can use all functional sections in the system with basically no restrictions.
