Is China's imitation technology awesome? Why hasn't the Black Hawk we bought 1984 been copied successfully so far?

1 No patent right. After applying for a patent, the validity period of the patent is generally only 10 years, and can be extended to 15 at most. Even if all its parts and components are patented in the United States, China can still sell its imitations in the United States after 95 years, and weapons and equipment are rarely patented abroad for confidentiality reasons, so there is no patent problem in China. At present, only Russian AN94 rifle has been patented in China.

In 1980s, French dolphins, super wasps and American Black Hawk were introduced.

Among them, the dolphin did spend money to introduce a full set of technology to buy production equipment and drawings, so the imitation straight 9 was quickly put into mass production and service. Because the money was not enough to buy technology, the Super Hornet had to investigate and copy the technology without the help of France, so there were a lot of problems in the development process, especially the imitation of the engine failed, which led to the fact that the Super Hornet could not be mass-produced and used as a helicopter in the 1960 s, and we couldn't solve his engine problem when we copied it in the 1990 s, not to mention the most advanced helicopter Black Hawk at that time.

There are no so-called political problems and problems of being controlled by others. In the past, China copied a lot of Soviet weapons. In the 1970s and 1980s, Sino-Soviet relations were extremely bad, and the source of imitation was various underground channels. Self-copied weapons are completely free from the restrictions of the country of origin of the weapons.

Unless the two countries sign an agreement to introduce technology, it is easy to get stuck.

In the early 1970s, China imported complete sets of technology and production equipment of Spey engine from Britain, and obtained a large number of finished products. The localization of Spey engine was not really completed until after 2000.

Spee and Super Hornet are the products of the same era. Our country has imitated them for decades under such good conditions. This shows how weak our industrial and technological strength is. The Black Hawk was the most advanced helicopter at that time. According to the imitation progress of Spey and Super Hornet in 1985, it will take at least 20 12 years to produce it (the technological development speed of our country has been calculated). So at that time, considering the difficulty of imitating the super bumblebee, there was no plan to imitate the black hawk. It is out of date.
