6. After receiving the patent application 18 months, the French State Industrial Property Office will publish the application documents in the official gazette of industrial property rights. Within 3 months after the publication of the official gazette of industrial property rights, anyone can raise an objection to the French State Industrial Property Office.
7. Finally, after the application with or without objection, the French State Industrial Property Office will issue an authorization announcement in the official gazette of industrial property rights, and issue a patent certificate indicating the application number to the applicant.
