Thirteenth municipal standardization administrative departments shall openly solicit local standard project proposals every year. The relevant municipal administrative departments shall, according to the requirements of the municipal standardization administrative department for soliciting local standard project proposals, summarize and study the project proposals of their own departments and industries, and submit an application for local standard projects to the municipal standardization administrative department. The municipal standardization administrative department shall organize the project demonstration, prepare the local standard formulation plan, and announce it to the public.
