About independent intellectual property rights

First of all, make clear a concept: independent intellectual property rights. ..... I don't know who created the concept of "independent intellectual property rights", but it also misled the public and destroyed the cornerstone of the patent system. From the principle of patent law, patent right is not autonomous. The patent law gives the patentee the right to exclude others from exploiting his patent, nor does it give the obligee the right to exploit his own patent. This is because the improved patent is likely to become a subordinate patent of others' patents, that is, it is difficult to be independent. However, such a "pseudo-concept" has actually become a proper term for politicians, and national leaders have advocated it everywhere, thinking that with the patent right, they can sit back and relax! Such an idea will pay a price sooner or later.

I earnestly hope that when studying intellectual property law, I will not be afraid of authority, think independently and blindly follow those wrong ideas. If I have time, I will make a general survey of these misleading references.

These are Liu Guowei's words, and I agree with them. Now many concepts have been alienated too seriously. Please see his blog for details.
