At present, there are three kinds of ceramic tile adhesives on the market: ① Two-component ceramic tile adhesives, which are made of acrylic emulsion+polymer+inorganic materials, are characterized in that they need to be evenly stirred and painted and dried for 24 hours before laying cement mortar. ② One-component tile adhesive, the main raw material is acrylic emulsion (pressure sensitive adhesive), which needs 2-3 hours to dry after brushing (depending on ventilation, humidity and temperature). Waterproof and aging-resistant, the service life is only 2-3 years. (3) Paste the tile glue, the raw material is acrylic emulsion+polymer+inorganic material, just scrape the back of the tile and directly spread the cement mortar.
The most reliable is the third type, and the best are two brands, namely, Hubei Jianke Ceramic Tile Adhesive and Datang Yipin Ceramic Tile Adhesive. On October 3rd, Kloc-0 applied for a national invention patent, and in July 20th15th, a national invention patent certificate was issued. The technology is the most advanced in the industry, and the rest are shanzhai. It is the first paper warranty contract in China with a warranty period of 20 years.
