This is the main way to treat livestock manure in China at present. Farms use dry cleaning or foam manure to collect feces. In the case of dry manure cleaning, solid manure is treated by composting or other harmless ways, and sewage and part of solid manure are treated by anaerobic fermentation and oxidation pond. On the basis of nutrient management, apply organic fertilizer, biogas residue, biogas slurry or fertilizer water to field crops, vegetables, fruit trees, tea gardens and trees. In the case of bubble manure, the manure is treated by anaerobic fermentation and oxidation pond, and then returned to the field for agricultural production.
Step 2 recycle
Widely used in dairy farms and duck farms. The farm mainly adopts dry manure cleaning method, which is to reduce the water consumption in the process of breeding by controlling the production water, and to carry out sewage culvert transportation, rain and sewage diversion and solid-liquid separation in the field to reduce the pressure of sewage treatment. The treated sewage can be used to clean cesspits and fences in the fields. Solid fertilizer can be treated and utilized by composting, substrate production, cattle mattress materials, fuel and other means.
3. Discharge up to standard
At present, the proportion of this treatment method is relatively small. One of the reasons is the high cost of manure treatment equipment, which puts great pressure on farms; Second, feces itself is a reusable resource. In order to meet the discharge standard, it is required that the effluent quality meet the national discharge standard after anaerobic and aerobic treatment, and the solid manure can be reused after composting.
4. Centralized processing
In densely populated areas, relying on large-scale farms or special manure treatment centers, the manure or sewage from surrounding farms (residential areas and large-scale farmers) will be collected and treated centrally.
Second, the resource utilization of livestock manure
Compared with various schemes for resource utilization and disposal of livestock and poultry manure, we adopted a modular unit design that can be combined, which can not only dispose of solid manure from large farms on the spot, but also dispose of solid manure from large centralized treatment stations, and the output is organic fertilizer raw materials. The liquid fertilizer adopts a three-stage precipitation aerobic fermentation tank, and the output is liquid organic fertilizer.

The generated organic products are clean and stable, and can be directly applied or stored as organic fertilizer raw materials with confidence. Deodorization device recovers waste gas to ensure harmless treatment process.
Process characteristics:
Practice has proved that this process is the best disposal scheme for solid waste. The only process that can ensure no odor and landfill leachate is engineering equipment. Adopt automatic hopper design, with small floor space, high treatment efficiency, large monomer treatment capacity and low maintenance and operation cost.
These devices are modular and can be used alone or in combination to meet the treatment requirements of different scales. Compared with the common stirring type, such as drum type, tank type, silo type, etc. The monomer treatment capacity is large, and the maintenance and operation costs are low. Compared with various composting processes of the same scale, the area occupied is reduced by 50-75%, which is suitable for on-site disposal and large-scale centralized disposal of large-scale farms.
2. Fecal fluid
Three-stage circulating aerobic fermentation sedimentation tank is adopted, and the scheme of stirring+aeration+flora is adopted. It can be processed into odorless liquid biological bacterial fertilizer rich in beneficial microorganisms in 7- 15 days, with low facility cost, simple operation and rapid resource utilization.
