After stopping heating, it enters the cold blowing stage to cool the adsorption bed of tower B of the dryer (for the next cycle), and then it is discharged into the atmosphere through the muffler. 3. Working principle of combined dryer

Combined dryer is a reasonable combination of freeze dryer and adsorption dryer. The air treated by the cold dryer does not pass through the precooler to recover the temperature, and then directly enters the adsorption dryer after being drained from the steam-water separator of the cold dryer. At this time, the temperature of dry air is about 2℃-5℃, and the dew point is about 5℃. At this time, enter the adsorption dryer to continue deep adsorption, and the lower the temperature, the better the dew point. Therefore, the combined dryer can reach a more stable pressure dew point. Before entering the adsorption dryer, a part of water has been removed by the cold dryer, which reduces the workload of the adsorption dryer. Therefore, the switching time of the adsorption dryer can be prolonged, thereby reducing gas consumption.
