Can the family members of condemned prisoners receive the bodies?

1 Families of executed prisoners who are not cremated can receive the whole corpse. If there are cremation conditions, family members will receive the ashes of condemned prisoners. The organs of the dead prisoners without convergence can be transplanted into human organs. If a condemned prisoner voluntarily donates his remains and organs before his death, he may have a human organ transplant. With the consent of the family members of the condemned prisoner, the human organs of the condemned prisoner may be transplanted after the death penalty is executed.

According to the Interim Provisions of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Civil Affairs on the Use of Death Penalty Criminals' Bodies or Organs.

Criminals sentenced to death for immediate execution must be executed by shooting in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law. After the execution is completed, the body can be disposed of only after the death is confirmed by the on-site supervision inspector.

Two, the death penalty criminals after the execution of the death penalty or cremated ashes, can allow their families to claim.

Three, the following kinds of death penalty criminals' bodies or organs can be used:

1. No one claimed it or family members refused to claim it;

2. Death penalty criminals voluntarily hand over their bodies to medical and health units for use;

3. Use with the consent of your family.
