1, space energy-saving reflective thermal insulation coating

The paint is bone white, which is a new type of space energy-saving reflective heat insulation paint with high efficiency, thin layer, heat insulation, energy saving, decoration and waterproof.

The coating has excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and waterproof performance. It is composed of nano-ceramic hollow particles as filler, titanium dioxide as reflective material and nano-hollow ceramsite in various combinations. It highly reflects the visible light in the range of 400- 1800 nm and the solar heat in the near infrared region, and at the same time introduces an air microporous layer with very low thermal conductivity into the coating to isolate the heat energy transfer. In this way, by strengthening the obvious impedance of reflecting solar heat and convection transfer, radiation heat transfer and convection heat transfer can be effectively reduced, thus reducing the thermal balance temperature of the object surface. The thermal insulation grade reaches R-30. 1, the thermal reflectivity is 90%, and the thermal conductivity is 0.046W/m.K, which can effectively suppress the radiant heat of the sun and infrared rays, and the thermal insulation inhibition efficiency can reach about 90%, which can reduce the temperature of the illuminated surface in open sunlight.

2. Aerospace energy-saving high-temperature thermal insulation coating

The coating is bone white, with nano-ceramic hollow particles, silicon-aluminum fibers and various reflective materials as the main raw materials. The thermal conductivity is only 0.03W/m.K, and the temperature range is-81-100℃, which can effectively suppress and shield infrared radiation and heat conduction, and the heat insulation suppression efficiency can reach about 90%.

It can effectively keep cold for low-temperature objects, inhibit the loss of cold caused by environmental radiation heat and prevent condensation. Coating 8mm high temperature insulation coating on the surface of the object can reduce the temperature to 1 100℃. Spraying on the external surfaces of high-temperature pipelines, equipment and containers can effectively suppress heat radiation and heat loss. According to the test, the heat loss can be reduced by more than 30% by coating only 6mm thick high-temperature heat insulation coating on the outer surface of industrial kiln. In decoration design, high-temperature heat insulation coating is waterproof, crack-proof, sound-proof, waterproof, flame-retardant, wear-resistant, acid-base resistant, light in weight, convenient in construction and long in service life.

3. Nano self-cleaning coating

The coating is a transparent or milky liquid, which has the technical advantages of high light transmittance, nanometer scale and single effective crystal form, and its application temperature is -30- 100℃. According to the principle of lotus leaf, it is made of nano-structured materials, and the extremely low surface tension of nano-materials makes it extremely hydrophobic and anti-greasy. The contact area between dust and building surface is reduced by 90%, and it has excellent automatic cleaning characteristics. Water rolls down on the building surface like a lotus leaf, leaving no traces of water, which can effectively extend the cleaning time, prevent freezing in winter and improve transparency. The coating has salt water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and gasoline resistance.

4, glass insulation coating

The transparent thermal insulation coating developed and produced by the army is mainly composed of indium tin oxide, and inorganic alcohol-soluble transparent resin is used as the film forming agent. The coating is a light blue, non-toxic, acid-base resistant aqueous liquid, which forms a film at room temperature for 20 minutes and the surface is completely cured in about 5-7 days. After film formation, a light blue film of 8- 10 micron was formed on the glass surface. As an environmentally friendly waterborne coating, it not only has good light transmittance, but also can effectively isolate solar thermal radiation. Only a few microns thick, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference can reach about 6 degrees Celsius, the infrared shielding rate can reach 70%, and the visible light transmittance can reach 80%.

The ultraviolet blocking reaches 99%, and the effect of "warm in winter and cool in summer" can be achieved even if the air conditioner is not turned on. As a super heat insulation effect, cool in summer and warm in winter can reduce the temperature near the glass by 6- 10 degrees, and the overall indoor temperature by 4-8 degrees, which can save the power consumption of air conditioners by 30%-45%.
