Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant mainly treats domestic sewage in Suzhou Old Town and Chengdong New District, including Su 'an New Village, Donggang New Village, Donghuan New Village, Hongfu New Village and Lihe New Village, and the industrial park start-up area. The factory is located in the east of the ancient city, about 850 meters away from Xiangmen, covering an area of about 54 mu, with a service scope of 19.2km2 and a beneficiary population of about 370,000. The treatment process adopts the conventional biological treatment method-activated sludge blast aeration method, and the sludge is concentrated, digested and dehydrated and then transported to foreign countries for agricultural use.
The first phase of the sewage treatment project in the east of the city started from June 1985 to June 1988, and the first phase was put into trial operation, and the second phase was put into trial operation on June 1989. In order to solve the outlet of domestic sewage in the start-up area of Suzhou Industrial Park, the secondary treatment10.5 million m3/d was added, and the project started in 1994. At present, the total secondary treatment capacity of Chengdong Plant is 40,000 m3/d, and the total primary treatment capacity is 92,500 m3/d. The investment of the first phase project is10810.4 million yuan, and the investment of the expansion project is about15610.356 million yuan. Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant was designed by Shanghai Municipal Design Institute. The sewage collection system of Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant is bounded by Ganjiang River. The domestic sewage in the south of the city is collected from southwest to northeast to the pumping station in the middle of direct sewage discharge, and the domestic sewage in the north of the city is collected from northwest to southeast to the pumping station in the middle of suspension bridge, then merged into the trunk line, then to the pumping station in Xiangmen Sewage Treatment Plant, and then to the water intake pumping station in Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant. Part of the domestic sewage in Suzhou Industrial Park will be collected at Xie Su Road Sewage Pumping Station, and then merged with the domestic sewage in Chengdong New District, and will flow into Donghuan Water Pumping Station for treatment in Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant.
Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant mainly receives domestic sewage, as well as initial rainwater runoff of some industrial sewage and similar domestic sewage. The design water quality index is BOD5=250 mg/l, SS = 250 mg/L, and the treated effluent quality is BOD5.
Since the East Plant was put into production, it has run normally, the process is stable, and the sewage treatment effect is good, which completely meets the design requirements. In 2000, the sewage was treated14,662,800 cubic meters, and the average daily treatment capacity was 40 1 10,000 cubic meters/day. The sewage treatment in Chengdong Factory greatly reduced the organic pollution and played a positive role in improving the urban water environment.
3. Loujiang Sewage Treatment Plant is located in the northeast corner of Suzhou, located in the north zone of Loufeng Industry in Suzhou Industrial Park. It is an important sub-project of urban water environment comprehensive management project. Loujiang Sewage Treatment Plant covers an area of 8 hectares, with a designed daily treatment capacity of 6.5438+0.4 million tons. The plan is implemented in two stages. After the completion of all projects, it will share the northeast of Suzhou central planning area (ancient city) with Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant with a daily processing capacity of 40,000 tons.
The first phase of Loujiang Sewage Treatment Plant started construction on February 9, 2000 and was completed on October 8, 2004. The sewage treatment scale is 60,000 tons/day, and the total investment is estimated to be 654.38+45 million yuan. The treatment process adopts alternating activated sludge process and secondary biochemical treatment. The designed influent quality is CODcr: 360mg/L, BOD5: 180mg/L, SS: 250mg/L, NH3-N: 35mg/L, and the designed effluent quality is CODcr: 60mg/L, BOD5: 20mg/L, SS: 20mg/L..
4. Chengxi Sewage Treatment Plant is located in the west of the ancient city, south of Sijing Bridge on Sanxiang Road, covering an area of 33. 1 mu. Our factory is subordinate to Suzhou Drainage Management Office, which mainly accepts residential groups in new villages, domestic sewage of residents and domestic sewage discharged by some units. Now the service area starts from Hexi in the east, Ganjiang Road in the west and Xujiang in the south. The service area is 5.6K㎡ and the total service population is 66,000. The treatment process adopts the traditional aeration activated sludge method.
Chengxi Sewage Treatment Plant started construction in April 1982, put into primary treatment in June/983, and put into secondary treatment in September/985, with a daily sewage treatment capacity of 5000m3. After that, the expansion began in 1989, and the expansion part was officially put into production in 1993, with a daily processing capacity of 12500m3. It will reach 20000m3 in the long term. The total investment is130.009 million yuan, designed by Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design Institute.
The sewage treated by this factory belongs to domestic sewage, and the designed sewage concentration is BOD=250㎎/l, SS = 250 ㎎/L; The treated effluent reaches BOD5 < 20 ㎎/L and SS < 30 ㎎/L. The treated sewage is discharged into Lishuang River and then flows into the Grand Canal outside the city. The residual sludge in the primary sedimentation tank and the secondary sedimentation tank is naturally concentrated in the concentration tank and then transported to the landfill.
