1. Process flow: Light partition wall laying out—→Install the door opening frame—→Install the top keel and ground keel→Vertical keel staging—→Install the vertical keel—→Install the horizontal keel Stalls—→Installation of gypsum cover panels—→Construction joint practices—→Surface layer construction.
2. Lay out the lines: According to the design and construction drawings, lay out the partition wall position lines, door and window opening frame lines, and place the top keel position edges on the prepared ground or floor pillow belt.
3. Install the door opening frame: After laying out the wiring, according to the design, first install the door opening frame of the partition wall.
4. Install the top keel and ground keel: According to the location line of the partition wall, install the top keel and ground keel according to the line, and fix it on the main body with nails. is 600mm.
5. Vertical keel grading: According to the position of the partition wall setting door opening, after installing the top keel, according to the specification of the cover panel, the board width is 900mm or 1200mm, and the grading specification is 450mm, which is not enough for the mold. The number of binnings should avoid the position of the first cover panel on the edge of the door opening frame, so that the broken edge gypsum cover panel is not at the door opening frame.
6. Install the keel: install the vertical keel according to the graded position. Insert the upper and lower ends of the vertical keel into the top keel and the ground keel. After adjusting the verticality and positioning accurately, fix it with blind rivets; wall and column edges The keel is fixed to the wall and column with nails or wood screws, and the nail distance is 1000mm.
7. Install transverse blocking keels: According to the design requirements, when the height of the partition wall is greater than 3m, transverse blocking keels should be added and fixed with blind rivets or bolts.
8. Install the gypsum cover panel 1) Check the installation quality of the keel, whether the door opening frame meets the design and construction requirements, and whether the keel spacing meets the modulus of the gypsum board width.
2) Install the gypsum board on one side, starting from the door. For walls without door openings, start from one end of the wall. The gypsum board is generally fixed with self-tapping screws, and the nail distance between the board edges is 200mm. , the distance between the boards is 300mm, the distance between the screws and the edge of the gypsum board shall not be less than 10mm, nor greater than 16mm. When fixing with self-tapping screws, the gypsum board must be nailed to the keel.
3) Install electrical pipes, electrical boxes and electrical box equipment in the wall.
4) Install fireproof, soundproof, and moisture-proof filling materials in the wall, and install and fill them in at the same time as the gypsum board on the other side.
5) Install the gypsum board on the other side of the wall: The installation method is the same as the gypsum board on the first side, and the joints should be staggered with the first side panel.
6) Install double-layer gypsum board: The fixing method of the second layer is the same as that of the first layer, but the joints of the third layer should be staggered with the first layer and not with the first layer. The seams fall on the same keel.
9. Jointing methods: There are three forms of jointing methods for gypsum board, namely flat seams, concave seams and beaded seams.
It can be handled according to the following procedures.
1) Scrape the caulking putty: Before scraping the caulking putty, clean the floating soil in the joints first, use a small scraper to embed the putty into the seams of the board, and fill it with the board surface.
2) Paste the tie tape: After the caulking putty solidifies, the tie material can be pasted. First, scrape a thin layer of gelatinous putty with a thin consistency on the joint, with a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1mm. Once the knot is wide, stick the tie tape immediately, use a medium scraper to flatten and compact it from top to bottom, and drive out the air bubbles between the glue putty and the tie tape.
3) Scrape the middle layer of putty: After the tie tape is pasted, immediately scrape a layer of middle layer putty about 1mm thicker than the tie tape, which is about 80mm wider than the tie tape, so that the tie tape is buried in this layer of putty.
4) Leveling putty: Use a large scraper to fill the wedge-shaped groove and the board with putty and level it.
10. Wall decoration and gypsum board walls can be made into various finishes according to design requirements.
