What is a high-value patent?
It is generally believed that comprehensive evaluation should be made from multiple dimensions such as technology, law and market. Typical foreign high-value patent analysis and evaluation systems include the IP Score evaluation system developed by the European Patent Office and the Danish Patent and Trademark Office, the patent scoreboard system developed by CHI Research Company of the United States, and the SMART3 patent evaluation system developed by the Invention Promotion Association under the Korean Intellectual Property Office. Typical domestic high-value patent screening and evaluation systems include the patent value analysis index system jointly developed by China National Intellectual Property Administration and China Technology Exchange, the "shared value" patent value evaluation system developed by Beijing Sharing Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd., and the "Wisdom Bud Patent Evaluation System Emposis" developed by Wisdom Bud Information Technology Co., Ltd., etc. Different evaluation systems focus on the evaluation factors and analysis dimensions of high-value patents.
