1. Pre-litigation injunctions are mainly applicable to patent, trademark and copyright infringement cases. The scope of application of behavior preservation is much broader, not only for intellectual property infringement disputes, but also for civil and commercial cases such as intellectual property contract disputes.
2. After the court adopts the pre-litigation injunction, if the applicant does not sue, the court will terminate the preservation for 30 days. For behavior preservation, the applicant needs to bring a lawsuit or apply for arbitration to the court within 15 days after the court takes preservation measures, otherwise the court will lift the preservation.
