Item A: Anyone who uses another person's work shall conclude a licensing contract with the copyright owner. The right to license is exclusive and should be in writing, except for works published in newspapers and periodicals. In item B, if another person is licensed to use its registered trademark, the licensor shall report the trademark license to China National Intellectual Property Administration for the record. Item C, the patent licensing contract concluded between the patentee and others shall be filed with the patent administration department of the State Council within 3 months from the date when the contract comes into effect. Item d, without the consent of the copyright owner, the other party shall not exercise the rights not expressly permitted by the copyright owner in the contract. Item e, without filing, the trademark license shall not be used against a bona fide third party.
