Registered structural engineers are divided into first-class registered structural engineers and second-class registered structural engineers. Registered structural engineer refers to the professional and technical personnel who have passed the national unified examination, registered according to law, obtained the qualification certificate and registration certificate of registered structural engineer in People's Republic of China (PRC) and People's Republic of China (PRC), and engaged in engineering design and related business of building structure, bridge structure and tower structure.
