Is the construction method protected by law?

After applying for a patent, it can be protected by law. Construction method refers to process method and engineering method, which can be protected by law after applying for patent. Article 16 of the Measures for the Administration of Construction Methods of Construction Enterprises stipulates that the intellectual property rights of construction methods shall be owned by the enterprise. The construction method is not natural or intellectual property, and it must go through certain procedures to be transformed into intellectual property and protected by law.
