Does the advance disclosure and non-advance disclosure of patents affect the time of substantive examination?

1. The submission of the substantive examination request has nothing to do with the publication date. From the date of filing, you can make a request for substantive examination at any time within 3 years, including when you just applied for a patent. But putting forward does not mean entering substantive examination.

2. After the patent is published (whether in advance or not), and it is planned to enter the substantive examination within three years from the date of application, the Intellectual Property Office will issue a notice of payment for the substantive examination, and after the payment is made on time, it will automatically enter the substantive examination stage.

3. Speeding up is a business, which can speed up the review process in the substantive review stage.
