What is air energy?
Air energy, as the name suggests, refers to the energy in the air, that is, the heat energy contained in the air, also known as the air source. The law of conservation of energy tells us that energy will not be created out of thin air, nor will it disappear out of thin air; the heat energy in the air is generated by the air absorbing the energy emitted by sunlight. The higher the temperature, the richer the air energy.
What can air do?
Air energy is a new way of utilizing energy. It uses the principle of heat pump to absorb heat source from the air, and uses a small amount of electric energy to drive the compressor to heat water through heat exchange. Compared with electric heating equipment, air energy can heat The same hot water only costs 1/4 of the cost. It is an ideal constant temperature water heater product. It works through the compressor system to absorb heat in the air to produce hot water. It is currently mainly used in homes, hotels, swimming pools, leisure footbaths and other places.
The working principle of air energy
By operating the compressor system, it absorbs the heat in the air to produce hot water. The specific process is: the compressor compresses the refrigerant, and the compressed refrigerant whose temperature rises passes through the condenser in the water tank to create hot water. The heat-exchanged refrigerant returns to the compressor for the next cycle. During this process, air heat is absorbed into the water through the evaporator, producing hot water.
This new generation of water heater that uses compressor air for heating is an air (heat pump) water heater. Air (heat pump) water heater is exactly such a product. This is how air (heat pump) water heaters work.
When the air source heat pump is running, the evaporator absorbs heat from the ambient thermal energy in the air to evaporate the heat transfer medium. After the working medium vapor is compressed by the compressor, the pressure and temperature rise, and the high-temperature vapor passes through permanent bonding. When the special annular tube condenser on the outer surface of the water storage tank condenses into liquid, the heat released is transferred to the water in the air source heat pump water storage tank. The condensed heat transfer fluid returns to the evaporator through the expansion valve, and then is evaporated again, and the cycle repeats.
The heat transfer medium of the air source heat pump is a special substance. Its boiling point is minus 40°C under normal pressure, and its freezing point is below minus 100°C. This substance is liquid when it is cold, but it is easily evaporated. into a gas and vice versa. In actual operation, the evaporation limit temperature of the heat transfer medium in the air source heat pump is about minus 20°C, so the ambient temperature of 5°C is also "hot" for such a low temperature, even snowing temperatures, such as 0°C , is also hot by comparison, so some thermal energy can still be exchanged.
