Wan Lei said that the basis for the industrialization of intelligent connected cars is actually to meet these three standards: "Vehicles on the same track" is a network to build a digital transportation map and a unified message set; " "Shu Tongwen" is to enable the digitalization of China's ITS; "Xing Tonglun" is to build a unified system of laws, regulations and standards.
