To standardize, the "Regulations on the Unified Format of Graduation Thesis for Computer Network Majors and E-Commerce Majors" are specially formulated. The first draft of the graduation thesis must be written by hand, and the second and final drafts can be printed on a computer. The cover should use a unified format and be arranged in the following order:
1. The graduation thesis should be written in Chinese; it generally consists of seven parts, in order: : (1) Cover, (2) Chinese abstract, (3) Keywords, (4) Table of contents, (5) Text, (6) References, (7) Appendix. The specific requirements for each part are as follows:

Thesis title: should reflect the overall content of the entire paper, be eye-catching, and strive to be brief, within 25 words. .
Abstract: The Chinese abstract should briefly and clearly express the main points of the graduation thesis, about 400--500 words (limited to one page), and the font should be Song Dynasty Small 4 size. The content should include the topic selection and the purpose of the topic selection, the problems that need to be solved, the design and production methods and processes, the results and conclusions achieved, etc. The language should be refined. In order to facilitate literature retrieval, the keywords of the paper (3-7) should be indicated in a new line at the bottom of this page.

Note: The "Chinese thesis title" and "Abstract" are in bold size 2, and the rest are in Song style size 4.
Table of contents: The title should be concise and to the point, and the page number should be indicated. A three-level table of contents should be listed.
Text: Graduation thesis should be no less than 5,000 words (see below for specific instructions)
References: Only list literature that the author has directly read and cited in the text. (See below for the specific format)
Appendices: generally include calculation procedures and instructions that are inconvenient to list in the main text, derivation of lengthy formulas, auxiliary mathematical tools, symbol descriptions (including abbreviations), etc.
4. Text requirements:
(1) Language expression
a. The paper should have clear layers, reliable data, rigorous reasoning, and correct argumentation. The discussion must be concise and to the point, with as little narration as possible on common sense content that is already familiar to professionals in the field.
b. If some non-universal new terms, new terms or new concepts appear in the paper, they must be explained immediately.
(2) Title and level
a. The level should be clear, and the title should be focused and concise.
b. The format of the hierarchical code is as follows:

a. The header starts from the first chapter and is written in Song font size 5 in the center.

(5) Paragraph and line spacing requirements
a. The text paragraphs and titles should all adopt "fixed line spacing of 20pt".
b. Different
spacing after paragraphs are used according to different titles:

The space after the paragraph of the reference is 30-36pt. The reference text should have a fixed line spacing of 17pt and a 3pt spacing before paragraphs.
(6) Figures, tables, and formulas
Figures: a. Be selected and concise, and avoid duplication with tables and text expressions
b. In figures The terms, symbols, units, etc. should be consistent with the written description.
c. The sequence and title of the figure should be centered below the figure.
Table: a. The parameters in the table should be marked with the symbols of quantities and units.
b. The table sequence and table name are placed above the table.
Formula: The number is written in parentheses at the end of the line on the right, without a dotted line in between.
There should be one line of space between figures, tables, formulas, etc. and the main text; figures, tables, notes, and formulas in the text should all be numbered chapter by chapter (or continuously) using Arabic numerals. Such as: Figure 1-5, Table 2-2, Formula (4-1), etc. If there are notes in figures or tables, they should be numbered in English lowercase alphabetical order.
