The pledgor and the pledgee shall jointly entrust a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct to handle the relevant procedures, and indicate the entrustment matters in the letter of authorization.
The entrusted party shall submit a change application form (standard form, which can be downloaded from the website of the State Intellectual Property Office), the "Patent Pledge Contract Registration Notice", a power of attorney, a copy of the entrusted party's ID card and Relevant certificates of registration change or cancellation.
