In the patent search, there is no authority. Check whether the fee is only 75 yuan for application fee and 50 yuan for printing fee. Is it not authorized?

1. The authorization notice has come out, indicating that the patent has been reviewed and authorized by the Patent Office. As for whether you want this patent right, it is up to the right holder to decide. If the applicant fails to pay the relevant fees within 2 months after the authorization notice is issued, it will be deemed as a waiver.

2. Submit a substantive examination request for an invention patent, and after paying the substantive examination fee, it will enter the substantive examination stage. The examiner will issue an examination opinion after examination. If the applicant's response is approved, the Patent Office will issue an authorization notice.
