If the utility model patent only has a flow chart:
1. The attached drawing can't reflect the shape and structure of the product to be protected, and it doesn't conform to the provisions of Paragraph 5 of Article 17 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law.
2. Does not comply with the provisions of the third paragraph of Article 26 of the Patent Law.
