First, download two files from China Patent Electronic Application Network (webpage link):?

Unzip to the current folder.

Step 1: Run the CPC installation program (20 1 102 18)? Setup.exe? Install the CPC client. By default, change the C: disk in front of the installation path to D: disk. Run it once? CPC client

Step 2: Run the environment in the CPC installation program (20 1 102 18)? UpdateSipo.exe, get the update and update it now. It takes a lot of time here. Don't quit the program, keep reading the progress bar. Opening the browser is not recommended. When you're done, run it again? CPC client

Step 3: Run in the CPC client offline upgrade package (20 18-09-04)? OffLineUpdate.exe, see if the hint is successful. Normal conditions are ok. If it fails, uninstall the previously installed cclean, restart the computer, and repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 until the offline upgrade is successful.

Step 4: Run? The CPC client checks whether there is an Outbox or an Inbox in the tree node on the left side of the software. If there is, it always pulls down the upgrade log in the Help-Upgrade Description of the software to complete the upgrade, ignoring the following steps, and finally directly recovers the data and ends.

Step 5: If there are no outbox and inbox tree nodes in step 4, install the program in CPC (20 1 102 18)? Setup.exe? Install the CPC client. By default, change the C: disk in front of the installation path to D: disk.

Step 6: There is no CPC client on the desktop after step 5? Shortcut, run again in the CPC installer (20 1 102 18)? Setup.exe? Install the CPC client. By default, change the C: disk in front of the installation path to D: disk.

After step 6, there should be a CPC client on the desktop here, right? Shortcuts, running programs, and the tree node on the left side of the software should have an Outbox and an Inbox. In the Help-Upgrade Description of the software, you can drop down the upgrade log at any time, which should be the latest version.

Finally restore the data!
