Integral horizontal pulse dust collector is a wet dust collector jointly developed with North China Electric Power Design Institute of the Ministry of Electric Power Industry. This product is suitable for purifying fiber-free, non-corrosive and dusty gas with temperature not higher than 120℃, and can be used for dust removal in coal conveying systems of metallurgical, coal, chemical, building materials, power plants and other enterprises, and can also achieve good dust removal effect in viscous lime conveying systems.

The box of the dust collector is horizontal, which cancels the ash hopper in the traditional dust collector design and increases the facilities for washing mud with water, thus reducing the height and volume of the dust collector, so that the dust collector can be directly located on the conveyor belt without setting up a separate dust collection room. It has the advantages of wide application range, moderate dust removal air volume, less water consumption, high dust removal efficiency, simple mechanism, convenient manufacture, simple operation, high degree of automation and less actual operation and maintenance. Tested by Shanghai Dust Removal Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of State Environmental Protection Bureau, all technical indexes of horizontal dust remover have reached the domestic advanced level, and obtained the national patent application number (982264 16. x)。

After the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the inlet, the gas turns downward and impacts the water surface, and some larger dust particles fall into the water under the inertia. When the dusty gas passes through the S-shaped channel between the upper and lower blades at the speed of 18-35m/s, a large number of splashes are aroused, so that the water and the gas are fully contacted, and most of the fine dust particles are mixed into the water, so that the dusty gas is fully purified.

The whole purification process of dusty gas is carried out under negative pressure, and the liquid level height is controlled by overflow pipe and liquid level switch.

The water for purifying gas needs to be replaced after a period of use because it contains a lot of dust. When changing water, the piston of the water outlet is lifted by the electric push rod, and the sewage containing a lot of dust is discharged through the water outlet. When the water is basically discharged, the electromagnetic valve of the liquid level device on the water inlet main pipe is opened, and the water is sprayed from the washing nozzle at the lower part of the dust collection box through the water purification main pipe, so that the sludge deposited at the bottom of the box is washed clean. When the water outlet is closed, the water level in the box rises. When the water level rises to the height required for dust removal, the liquid level device controls the solenoid valve to close and the water supply is interrupted. Excess water in the tank is discharged from the overflow pipe, and the vacuum cleaner can enter the working state at this time.

There are water overflow pipes and running water overflow pipes in the dust collection box, and the water level in the unit is controlled by these two overflow pipes. When the water level is higher than the overflow weir of the overflow pipe, excess water will flow into the overflow pipe and be discharged. The liquid level switch can ensure the water level fluctuates within the range of 10mm, thus ensuring the high efficiency of the unit and saving water.
