Henglin floor industry cluster is a regional characteristic industry supported by Changzhou. It is listed as one of the 65,438+000 key cultivated industrial clusters in Jiangsu Province and 20 characteristic industrial clusters recommended by the State Bureau of Small and Medium Enterprises. 1999-2004, China's laminate flooring industry is in the industry cultivation period, with large development space and good market prospects. Enterprises are growing rapidly, and production and sales are booming. Extensive development exposes many problems: lack of understanding of national laws, regulations and technical standards, defects in labeling and quality control of some enterprises, and uneven product quality; The competition mode of enterprises is relatively simple, and the pursuit of short-term interests leads to mixed industries and even false and disorderly development; Local governments and quality supervision departments lack the practice of standardized guidance. In the first quarter of 2004, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) specially supervised and spot-checked the batch of Henglin flooring of 10, and the qualified rate was only 70%. At the same time, Henglin Town's regional brand creation has also achieved fruitful results. It has been awarded the honorary titles of "Famous Town of Laminated Wood Flooring in China" and "Capital of Laminated Wood Flooring in China" by China Forest Products Association, "Export Base of Laminated Wood Flooring in China" by China Minmetals Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, and "Demonstration Zone for Inspection and Quarantine Supervision of Export Floor Industry Cluster" by Jiangsu Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
With the steady improvement of product quality, the focus of enterprises has gradually shifted to technological innovation. In recent years, Henglin flooring enterprises have successively developed many new technologies and products such as "V-groove", "hand-drawn pattern", "painted surface" and "true wood grain", as well as silent flooring, waterproof flooring, geothermal flooring, antibacterial flooring and straw flooring.
