People like INTJ are called "system builders", which may be partly because they have unusual characteristics of illusion and certainty. No matter what system you work in, it is the same in the minds of INTJ people, because they are people with INTJ personality. Perfectionism and contempt for authority may be reflected in real life, so for INTJ people, they can be merciless to themselves and others in a project. Any "lax person", including the boss, will lose the respect of the INTJ crowd-usually the INTJ crowd will make them realize this.
INTJ people are also people who can make important decisions without consulting their boss or colleagues. On the other hand, they can carefully and fairly distinguish individual contributions in a project. They are born with the talent to seize opportunities, and some opportunities are not even noticed by others.
Typical INTJ people choose science and engineering, but they may also devote themselves to fields that require both wisdom and sharp words (for example, lawyers, some fields in academia). If INTJ people are willing to take the time to expand their abilities, they can engage in management work. Many INTJ people think it is very beneficial to learn how to pretend to follow the rules, because it can cover up their inner abnormal personality to some extent.
