2.PCBA Protection Committee
The function of PCBA board is to protect the battery, such as limiting overcharge and overdischarge. In addition, it also has the function of boosting. The lithium battery is 3.7V, but some of our mobile phones use 5V. For example, the upper limit of Apple's mobile phone charging setting is 5.3V and the lower limit is 4.8V, but the 3.7V of lithium battery can't meet this requirement, so PCBA will boost the battery.
The battery we see is connected to the USB midrange with many wires.
3. Shell
The battery cell and PCBA protection board must have a place where they can be placed, that is, the surface of the mobile power supply that we often see. At present, there are two views in the industry: public mode and private mode. The public model means that everyone can use it, and some private models have applied for patent design, but according to the actual situation of the industry, this measure is difficult to put in place. At present, the state's supervision of copyright is also a bit weak.
4. Input and output terminals
This is also an important part of the mobile power supply. One refers to a USB output interface attached to the mobile power supply, and the other is a charging input port, generally using a MINI port. There are also special ones, which are different according to different mobile power sources.
