In addition, water leakage at the end is also the biggest defect of the glass tube heater. The connection between multiple glass tubes depends on the end caps and sealing aprons at both ends. The end cover is bolted to seal the apron. This structure is fixed, too much force will directly crush the pipe, but too little force will lead to water leakage.

2. The conductive coating is fragile and easy to fall off and be damaged.
Due to technical limitations, the surface of the electrothermal film is uneven, the edge of the metal ring has burrs, the bonding rate is only 40%, and the rest are gaps filled with water vapor. The metal ring will slowly oxidize when working in a humid environment for a long time, and the grounding resistance between them will also increase. To a certain extent, it will be scrapped because the electric heating film is burnt out. The conductive coating must be uniform, and once it is damaged, it can't be used again.
3, easy to break or crack, leading to leakage.
(1), when the glass is heated by the outer wall, the outer temperature of the tube wall is extremely high and the inner cold water temperature is low, and the inner part of the glass tube shrinks and expands, resulting in great torsional stress, which leads to the bursting of the glass tube. Even if it doesn't explode, it will shorten the service life.
(2) Glass tubes have high hardness, but low toughness and limited bearing capacity. When steam appears inside, the glass tube will break. During transportation or installation, it is easy to break due to collision and excessive vibration.
(3) Once the glass tube bursts or cracks, it will leak when used. The current on the outer wall of the glass tube is connected with the water in the glass tube, which makes the water charged and endangers life safety.
4, continuous boot time is short
As a heating product, the glass tube can continuously start the machine in a short time. Generally, the shell of a water heater will heat up after it is turned on for at most 20 minutes, and it takes 10 minutes to use it again. Sony Ericsson water heater will not be used continuously for a long time.
5. The effect of multi-channel and multi-point water supply is poor.
The glass heater has poor pressure bearing capacity, and if multi-channel water supply is used, it is easy to cause the glass tube to burst.
Turn off the water after use, the internal temperature of the machine will rise instantly, the pressure of the glass tube will increase, and the machine will make a lot of noise, reducing the service life.
6, the power will naturally decay, and the service life is short.

7. Short service life of machine spare parts.
Due to external heating, a lot of heat energy is lost, which affects the transformer, computer motherboard and wires of the water heater for a long time, resulting in a short service life of electrical components.
The interface between glass and glass can only be connected by plastic. When bathing, the plastic has a long-term high temperature, and the maximum temperature at the end can reach 300 degrees when heating. It is easy to age after thermal expansion and contraction, and then the interface between glasses will leak, leading to water leakage and accidents.
8. Due to technical bottleneck, there is no three-phase electric water heater.
Due to the limited glass tube heating technology, poor technology and immature product technology, there is no way to produce three-phase electric water heaters, and the product line is short.
9. The probability of retiring in winter is high and the maintenance rate is high.
Due to the low thermal efficiency, one third of the heat energy is wasted, so the glass tube machine has a high return rate in winter and few repeat customers.
Limited by technology, its maintenance rate is high, and the glass tube is easy to leak after maintenance, so it will be replaced without maintenance.
